Charlotte taking a break during a "set-up" at the exclusive "21 Club" in midtown Manhattan. Once a glamorous speakeasy, today '21' is one of the most celebrated restaurants in New York City. In addition to its two restaurants, the Bar Room and 'Upstairs', this four-story townhouse features ten private dining rooms, including the legendary Prohibition-era Wine Cellar where this photo was taken. 

Charlotte D'Costa Taylor founded Floral Heights in November 1998. She has more than 20 years experience in floral design and has worked for some of New York's finest floral establishments.

Charlotte has studied and is credentialed in both the Ohara School of Ikebana and Professional Floral Design. She studied Ikebana under her Sensei, Mr. Mutsuo Tomita.

At Floral Heights every recreation of Charlotte's designs is personally supervised and approved by her.  This guarantees the same uniformity of style and flawless quality that keeps our customers completely satisfied.
